Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clientelling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), Cross Selling, and Conversion.
- Develop, maintain, and expand a clientele base through active engagement.
- Deliver exceptional client service in alignment with Gucci Service Standards.
- Follow up on client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services.
- Provide personalized service that conveys brand passion and anticipates client needs.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with Worldwide Visual Guidelines.
- Engage in proactive learning to maintain product knowledge and stay updated on best sellers and new arrivals.
- Assist with cashiering, administrative duties, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report incidents as required.
- Utilize company tools and applications effectively.
- Participate actively on company platforms and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume retail or luxury service environment.
- Customer service-oriented attitude with a focus on sales and achieving KPIs.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
- Proficiency in technology and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Skills
Experience
Experience in a high-volume retail or luxury service environment is preferred.
