Role & Responsibilities

  • Mentor and support junior analysts, interns, and trainees.
  • Implement and manage research projects, including ad hoc, standardized, and barometer studies.
  • Draft comprehensive questionnaires.
  • Prepare and oversee fieldwork across various methodologies (online, telephonic, face-to-face).
  • Define data processing plans and ensure data accuracy.
  • Oversee the production of deliverables, analyze results, and craft compelling narratives.
  • Participate in the oral presentation of findings.
  • Coordinate closely with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing research, preferably in media, communication, technology, or services sectors.

Skills

Strong team collaboration and client relationship skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing research, with a focus on media, communication, technology, or services sectors.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
