Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize logistical aspects of qualitative research studies, including partner identification and relationship management.
  • Implement and oversee study frameworks, ensuring regular client reporting.
  • Coordinate online community programming and monitoring.
  • Manage participant recruitment, compensation, and fieldwork logistics.
  • Coordinate with various study partners.
  • Handle administrative and financial follow-ups, including billing and certification compliance.
  • Negotiate with service providers and expand the network of suppliers.
  • Contribute to OpinionWay's innovation policy by integrating data visualization.

Qualifications

  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
