Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist legal professionals in drafting and validating contracts in IT, intellectual property, business law, and advertising.
  • Manage and monitor litigation and pre-litigation cases in press law, trademark infringements, and business law.
  • Conduct legal research and monitoring on data protection, competition law, and collective management societies.
  • Provide internal clients with legal assistance and advice through notes and consultations on data exploitation, AI, and European regulations.
  • Support the implementation of CNIL recommendations for internal clients, including privacy by design and data subject rights.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Law, specializing in Digital Law, New Technologies Law, Personal Data, or Intellectual Property.

Skills

Strong knowledge of French and EU data protection regulations and digital law. Interest in new technologies sector. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken. Competence in common office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attention to detail, curiosity, synthesis ability, organizational skills, service orientation, and teamwork spirit.

Experience

A significant internship in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred.

Education

Master's degree in Law (Digital Law, New Technologies Law, Personal Data, Intellectual Property).
