Groupe Les Echos Le Parisien — Paris: Internship for Junior Audience Project Manager (Digital Marketing) to support newsletters, video performance and audience growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the distribution and promotion of editorial content across digital channels (newsletters, emailings, push notifications, social networks, site and apps) and help optimise reach and engagement.
- Manage and evolve the group’s newsletters: select content, supervise routage, monitor delivery and engagement metrics, and propose actions to increase retention and opening rates.
- Monitor video performance across site, YouTube and social platforms; produce regular performance reports and formulate editorial and publishing recommendations to increase visibility and engagement.
- Produce weekly and ad-hoc reporting for editorial teams, synthesise KPI trends and translate data into concrete actions to recruit and retain readers, listeners and subscribers.
- Collaborate closely with journalists and editorial teams to design audience-first distribution strategies and support campaign execution across multiple platforms.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (business school or university) in marketing, communications, journalism or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and genuine interest in media and current affairs.
- Analytical mindset with comfort handling quantitative data; ability to translate metrics into actionable recommendations.
- Proactive, curious and able to work collaboratively with editorial teams in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Good command of Excel; prior exposure to newsletter and video performance workflows is an asset.

Experience
Entry-level / beginner. Internship targeted at current Master’s students or recent graduates with a first exposure to digital media, newsletters or video analytics.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (business school or university) in marketing, communication, journalism or equivalent.
