OpinionWay in Paris, France is seeking an Intern for the Luxury Mystery Shopping Analyst role. Join a pioneering company in marketing research with a global presence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of Mystery Shopping studies under the supervision of a research officer.
  • Contribute to drafting questionnaires, observation guides, and field briefings.
  • Participate in the operational implementation of projects.
  • Engage in briefing sessions with various field service providers.
  • Monitor fieldwork and ensure quality control of visit reports.
  • Analyze collected data and construct storytelling reports.
  • Format and present results.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4 or Bac +5).

Skills

Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail. Curiosity and reliability. Social intelligence and a strong team-oriented mindset. Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of a third language is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

No prior experience required.

Education

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4 or Bac +5).
