Join Les Echos Le Parisien Médias in Paris as an Event Project Intern. Participate in organizing and executing innovative communication solutions within a leading media group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in organizing internal and external events, including soirées, study presentations, lunches, dinners, and private visits.
  • Contribute to the development of event projects by researching venues, vendors, and creative proposals.
  • Ensure logistical coordination on the event day, managing vendors, guest reception, and overall event flow.
  • Assist in planning and tracking the semi-annual event calendar.
  • Manage invitations, including briefing for support creation, file management, and personalized follow-ups.
  • Support the Communication team on dedicated projects through brainstorming, creative briefs, and digital and social content production.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a communication program, specialized school, business school, IAE, university, or equivalent.

Skills

Strong interest in media and communication. Basic understanding of event project management or communication.

Experience

No prior experience required, although a first experience in event project management or communication is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in communication or a related field.
