Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist General Services in adopting new practices and habits.
  • Conduct thematic and technological monitoring.
  • Develop comprehensive reporting for General Services.
  • Implement dashboards to optimize management of priorities and time.
  • Ensure compliance with tertiary decrees.
  • Develop tools to enhance efficiency in General Services.
  • Propose applicable CSR actions within General Services and the group.
  • Rationalize processes and propose improvements.
  • Lead and support change management within the department.
  • Collaborate on additional projects based on the intern's interests and skills.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Management, Innovation of Services, and Real Estate Assets (MIPI).
  • Experience or ability in team coordination.

Skills

Excellent analytical and synthesis skills. Proficiency in French writing. Ability to work independently. Innovative mindset and proactive approach. Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage emergencies. Dynamic and proactive personality. Team integration skills.

Experience

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Education

Master's in Management, Innovation of Services, and Real Estate Assets (MIPI).
