Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage with local and international clients, ensuring a luxurious and inviting atmosphere.
  • Provide personalized service by understanding customer needs, preferences, and style, fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Present and showcase Givenchy's collections, sharing the brand's history and unique design elements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying additional sales opportunities.
  • Maintain the upscale atmosphere of the boutique and embody the brand image.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in customer service and product presentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail or a demanding customer-centric environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in local language and English.
  • Genuine passion for fashion and a deep understanding of Givenchy’s brand identity.

Experience
