Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and lead store managers to ensure delivery of the brand experience to every client, providing consistent coaching and identifying training needs.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent, collaborating with HR and regional leadership to secure succession plans.
- Organize and delegate responsibilities efficiently according to business needs.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable objectives for the team.
- Set and manage achievable targets for the store, monitoring performance to ensure goals are met.
- Create a positive work environment, empowering the team and encouraging innovative solutions.
- Participate in recruitment, training, evaluation, and development of staff.
- Network with brand and LVMH colleagues to share best practices.
- Communicate strategic vision and initiatives, ensuring the team embodies LVMH values and behaviors.
- Lead and develop store business through strategic knowledge and stakeholder engagement.
- Foster a customer-centric mindset and enhance client development.
- Maximize potential across all product categories, leveraging support from visual merchandising, training, and events.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele using CRM tools.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the local market, participating in relevant activities.
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends.
- Ensure operational standards and procedures are implemented and propose improvements.
- Manage store expenses and collaborate with finance on P&L reviews.
- Oversee health and safety management, loss prevention, and risk management.
- Control stock loss and conduct effective audits.
Qualifications
- Extensive flagship boutique management experience in the luxury goods sector.
- Existing international clientele network.
- Experience managing VIP client events.
- Fluency in a second language (preferred).
- Master's degree desirable.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail management, with a focus on flagship boutiques.
Education
Master's degree desirable.
