Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure product quality and compliance throughout the development and production cycle for ready-to-wear items.
- Collaborate with Development and Industrialization teams to secure material and process choices from the initial phases.
- Monitor products throughout their lifecycle, analyzing critical points and leading corrective actions with internal teams and suppliers.
- Act as a key liaison between creation, technical, and industrial teams to ensure product coherence and quality.
- Manage regulatory compliance for the Chinese and international markets, including specific standards and local validations.
- Oversee quality assurance of productions in collaboration with local teams and suppliers.
- Conduct laboratory tests, manage non-conformities, and finalize technical adjustments.
- Organize and analyze sample shipments throughout production, particularly for the Chinese market.
- Coordinate with laboratories and partners regarding Chinese regulatory requirements.
- Update and structure quality and compliance tracking tools, ensuring continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Degree in textile engineering or equivalent field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality, product development, or production.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, product development, or production within the fashion industry is required.
Education
Degree in textile engineering or equivalent.
Workplace
