Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute filleting operations on porcelain using high-precision mechanical machinery.
  • Perform setup, adjustment, and fine-tuning of equipment for mass production.
  • Continuously monitor the quality of decorated products, identifying and addressing any anomalies.
  • Manage the movement of decorated products in compliance with company procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to production schedules and standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in production environments, preferably in precision manual work or ceramic/artistic fields.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate mechanical machinery and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Teamwork orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work in shifts.
