Galeries Lafayette in Levallois-Perret, France, seeks a Supply Chain Intern for the Watch and Jewelry Division. Ideal for business students.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Management Controllers in the Jewelry and Watch sectors for Galeries Lafayette.
- Update, analyze, and communicate weekly and monthly activity and stock monitoring reports.
- Provide assessments of past and current collections and contribute to the future collection assortment construction.
- Identify bestsellers and quantify restocks within purchasing budget constraints.
- Manage store-specific jewelry and watch supplies across the luxury and fashion network and monitor stock levels.
- Track the performance of various commercial operations.
- Participate in ancillary projects such as returns, transfers, and destocking.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university at a Bac +4/5 level.
- Seeking a 6-month internship starting January 2025.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required, though familiarity with supply chain or logistics concepts is beneficial.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
Workplace
This position is based in Levallois-Perret, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.
