Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Drive sales by promoting and selling products and services.
  • Handle transactions and manage the checkout process efficiently.
  • Maintain the sales floor, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and presentation.
  • Foster customer loyalty through exceptional service and personalized solutions.

Qualifications

  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and provide tailored solutions.
  • Adaptability and agility in learning and facing new challenges.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Sales acumen and ability to meet targets. Proficiency in managing point-of-sale systems. Merchandising and inventory management skills.

Experience

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.

Workplace

This position is based in Nantes, Pays de la Loire, France.

Compensation

Fixed remuneration over 13 months, with a variable component up to three months' salary.
