Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the team of Supply Chain Managers, including recruitment and continuous training.
- Ensure smooth team dynamics and set individual and collective objectives.
- Organize and plan team schedules and implement service quality indicators.
- Supervise actions for product availability and analyze stock levels and quality.
- Communicate stock risks and collaborate with the Reserve Animation and Cadencing Manager.
- Develop and share performance indicators and organize monthly performance analysis meetings.
- Align team work methods with company-wide directives and promote best practices.
- Collaborate with Senior Managers at headquarters and facilitate cross-functional projects.
- Ensure continuous process improvement with enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage and lead a logistics team.
- Strong analytical skills for stock management and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Skills
Experience
Significant experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a retail environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Workplace
This position is based in Paris, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.
