Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the team of Supply Chain Managers, including recruitment and continuous training.
  • Ensure smooth team dynamics and set individual and collective objectives.
  • Organize and plan team schedules and implement service quality indicators.
  • Supervise actions for product availability and analyze stock levels and quality.
  • Communicate stock risks and collaborate with the Reserve Animation and Cadencing Manager.
  • Develop and share performance indicators and organize monthly performance analysis meetings.
  • Align team work methods with company-wide directives and promote best practices.
  • Collaborate with Senior Managers at headquarters and facilitate cross-functional projects.
  • Ensure continuous process improvement with enthusiasm.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage and lead a logistics team.
  • Strong analytical skills for stock management and risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Skills

Experience

Significant experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a retail environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
