Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate impactful training sessions for Galeries Lafayette employees, ensuring the acquisition and reinforcement of skills in communication, management, cooperation, and assertiveness.
- Design and evolve educational kits and training programs, utilizing diverse formats such as blended learning, ludopedagogy, and immersive learning.
- Analyze the impact of training on internal clients using precise indicators and propose improvements to enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Adapt interventions to meet the specific needs of each participant, maintaining high levels of engagement and motivation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training facilitation and digital tool proficiency (e.g., Rise, Storyline, VN).

Compensation
Annual gross salary between €40,000 and €45,000 over 13 months, with performance-based bonuses.
