Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Galeries Lafayette e-commerce platform by developing and evolving front-end interfaces.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to understand user needs and business objectives, constructing robust and scalable solutions.
  • Drive technical problem-solving, oversee production releases, maintain code quality, and promote best practices within the team.
  • Ensure platform stability and reliability through meticulous attention to detail, rigorous testing, and comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce domains such as product management, pricing strategies, SEO, payment flows, marketplace operations, and e-merchandising.

Skills

Action-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities. Adaptability in approach and behavior to suit varying situations. Ability to build high-performing teams by fostering constructive discussions and valuing team members' strengths.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail sector.

Workplace

The role is situated in Paris, Île-de-France, France — conveniently close to Paris.

Compensation

Fixed annual salary between €55,000 and €65,000, plus variable incentives.
