Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the budget of the marketing department, including tracking expenses related to FP, FG, travel, and accommodations.
  • Oversee administrative and accounting tasks such as creating supplier accounts, managing invoices, and handling provisions.
  • Track, analyze, and report on various departmental indicators, including weekly and monthly sales analyses and other business reviews.
  • Extract and analyze data from internal systems to consolidate and assess key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Organize and maintain departmental schedules, including attendance and leave planning.
  • Process expense reports and manage office supplies and IT equipment.
  • Facilitate the integration of new team members by organizing onboarding activities and providing orientation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for departmental inquiries and assist in organizing team events.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or university program at the Bachelor's or Master's level (Bac +3/4/5).

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with SAP, SRH, and business intelligence tools. Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges. Action-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Experience

No specific professional experience required, but a background in finance or legal studies is preferred.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
