Join Galeries Lafayette in Paris as a Vault Manager. Manage vault operations and cash funds in a dynamic luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the opening and closing of vaults.
- Order and manage currency supply.
- Conduct monthly audits of the sector's working capital.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Monitor the alarm system for proper functionality.
- Establish and adjust cash funds as needed.
- Distribute and manage cash pouches.
- Prepare security seals and ensure their proper use.
- Verify the complete return of cash pouches according to schedules.
- Count, verify, and record daily receipts.
- Oversee all cash inflows, including currency requests and cash from the main vault.
- Deliver previous day's receipts to banking institutions.
- Receive and verify ordered currency.
Qualifications
- Adaptability to various situations.

- Autonomy and attention to detail.
Skills
Experience
Experience in cash management or a similar role is preferred.

Compensation
A fixed salary of €1,840 gross per month, based on a 35-hour workweek.
