Join Galeries Lafayette in Roissy-en-France as a Boutique Manager. Lead a luxury retail team at the Royal Quartz boutique, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the sales team through recruitment, training, and coaching, ensuring operational presence on the sales floor.
- Drive commercial growth by setting and communicating strategic action plans to achieve individual and collective budgetary objectives.
- Cultivate client knowledge and implement a clienteling strategy to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate stock levels with headquarters and suppliers to meet sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with social regulations and adherence to group policies, procedures, and brand directives.
- Manage administrative operations, including accounting, HR, reporting, security, and after-sales services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar role within the luxury service industry.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position within the luxury service sector is required.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Roissy-en-France, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
Compensation
Fixed salary between €40,000 - €45,000 over 12.5 months, with performance-based variable incentives.
