Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Master Data Management (MDM) product based on Stibo Systems' STEP solution.
  • Collaborate closely with business and development teams to design technical functionalities for the MDM system, considering existing architecture and performance optimization.
  • Model and develop data integration and publication flows, ensuring data uniqueness, consistency, and quality.
  • Oversee business workflows to streamline processes and ensure data integrity within the MDM system.
  • Play a key role in process automation and continuous improvement of the MDM solution by proposing innovative enhancements.
  • Work closely with business teams to translate needs into suitable technical solutions.
  • Document processes, manage application versioning, and oversee continuous integration and deployment to ensure deliverables meet expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in a similar role within a challenging and stimulating environment.

Skills

Proficiency in Java, JavaScript (RhinoJS), REST, and SQL. Knowledge of data modeling, sequence diagrams, and messaging systems such as JMS, Kafka, pub/sub, and ESB. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends and long-term challenges. Strong analytical skills with a data-oriented approach. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Experience

A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar back-end development role, preferably with significant experience in MDM or PIM.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Workplace

This position is based in Paris, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.

Compensation

Fixed annual gross salary between €52,000 and €62,000, paid over 13 months, with additional variable compensation.
