Join Maison FRED in Paris as a Training Assistant Apprentice. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop HR skills within the luxury jewelry sector, part of the LVMH Group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training activities including workshops, integration sessions, seminars, and various training programs in office, language, communication, management, retail, and coaching.
  • Develop and maintain the annual training schedule and oversee the administrative and logistical aspects of training sessions.
  • Update learner databases and e-learning platforms in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Index and analyze training activities, producing detailed reports.
  • Liaise with training providers to organize sessions and secure funding from OPCOs.
  • Research and recommend training programs that align with company needs.
  • Manage e-learning tools, including access and module development.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources (Bac+4/5).

Skills

Curiosity and eagerness to learn Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively Attention to detail and organizational prowess Proficiency in Excel, particularly pivot tables

Experience

No prior experience required; ideal for beginners seeking to enter the HR field.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from €990.99 to €1,801.80 depending on age.
