Join FRED in Paris as a Training Assistant Apprentice. Work within the LVMH Group's Watches & Jewellery Division, coordinating training activities and managing e-learning tools. Ideal for HR students.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training activities including workshops, integration sessions, seminars, and various training modules such as office, language, communication, management, retail, and coaching.
  • Develop and maintain the annual training schedule.
  • Organize training logistics and administrative follow-up.
  • Update and manage the learner database, including e-learning platforms, in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Index each training action and perform data analysis and activity reporting.
  • Liaise with training providers for the organization of training sessions.
  • Request funding from OPCOs and recommend training programs aligned with company needs.
  • Manage e-learning tools, including access control and module development.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Human Resources program at a Bachelor's or Master's level (Bac+4/5).

Skills

Curiosity and eagerness to learn. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.

Experience

Beginner level experience in a related field is acceptable.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from €990.99 to €1,801.80 depending on age.
