Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training activities including workshops, integration, seminars, and various training programs such as office, language, communication, management, retail, and coaching.
  • Develop and monitor the annual training schedule.
  • Organize administrative and logistical aspects of training activities.
  • Maintain and update the learner database in collaboration with the HR team, including e-learning platforms.
  • Index training actions and analyze data to produce activity reports.
  • Liaise with training providers to organize training sessions and manage funding requests with OPCOs.
  • Research and recommend training programs aligned with company needs.
  • Manage e-learning tools, including access and module development.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Human Resources program (Bachelor's level 4/5).

Skills

Curiosity and eagerness to learn. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, is preferred.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from €990.99 to €1,801.80, depending on age.
