Join FRED in Paris as a Training Assistant Apprentice. Work in a dynamic environment within LVMH's Watches & Jewellery Division. Ideal for HR students.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training activities including workshops, integration, seminars, and various training programs such as office, language, communication, management, retail, and coaching.
  • Develop and maintain the annual training schedule.
  • Organize training logistics and administrative follow-up.
  • Update learner databases, including e-learning platforms, in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Index and document each training activity.
  • Analyze training data and prepare activity reports.
  • Liaise with training providers to organize sessions.
  • Request funding from OPCOs and recommend training aligned with company needs.
  • Manage e-learning tools, including access and module development.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources (Bac+4/5).

Skills

Curiosity and eagerness to learn. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel, particularly pivot tables.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from €990.99 to €1,801.80, depending on age.

Benefits

One day of remote work per week after three months, subject to managerial approval. Meal vouchers worth €10 per worked day, with 60% covered by the company.
