Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
  • Manage personnel administration including dossier creation, DPAE, health insurance and medical visit registrations, and archiving.
  • Process payroll elements, including variable data entry, entry/exit sheets, restaurant ticket orders, payroll file preparation, and monitoring sick leaves.
  • Update the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Develop HR processes and guidelines for the Europe & Middle East region.
  • Participate in internal HR projects such as annual group reporting and boutique openings.
  • Coordinate temporary staffing requests with boutiques.
  • Assist in recruitment activities across the EMEA region.
  • Conduct internal communications regarding private sales.
  • Perform legal monitoring and jurisprudence research.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (Bac+4/5).
  • Strong interest in fieldwork.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, with a high level of rigor and service orientation.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is appreciated.
  • Previous experience in an HR department is a plus.

Experience

Beginner level experience in human resources is preferred, with any prior exposure to HR functions considered advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources.

This position is based in Paris, Île-de-France, France.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from €990.99 to €1,801.80, depending on age.
