Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales by achieving and exceeding targets while promoting the brand and providing luxury service.
- Demonstrate expertise in fragrance to inspire and acquire new clients.
- Provide guidance and advice to other Luxury Brand Ambassadors.
- Maintain awareness of and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Proactively engage with clients, offering personalized service and product demonstrations.
- Develop and nurture personal relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
- Educate clients on Maison Francis Kurkdjian's products and brand ethos.
- Participate in merchandise management and monitor stock levels.
- Conduct operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Adhere to company policies and collaborate with store management.
Qualifications
- Creative and able to evoke emotions through fragrance.
- Tenacious with a commitment to delivering exceptional luxury service.
- Results-oriented with a drive to grow the business through events and activities.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.
