Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by achieving and exceeding targets while promoting the brand and providing luxury service.
  • Demonstrate expertise in fragrances to inspire and acquire new clients.
  • Provide guidance and advice to fellow Luxury Brand Ambassadors.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, reporting any issues to the Account Manager.
  • Conduct operational and administrative tasks with accountability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store management and adhere to store policies and procedures.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and adhere to company policies.
  • Initiate customer interactions and develop personal relationships to foster client loyalty.

Skills

Strong selling skills and ability to engage with customers confidently. Excellent communication skills to demonstrate brand knowledge and identify key products for customers. Ability to recreate and convey the emotions encapsulated by fragrances. Immaculate grooming and presentation to embody the brand's elegance. Tenacity and results-oriented mindset to grow the business through events and counter activities.

Experience

Beginner level experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.
