Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Maison Francis Kurkdjian products with expertise.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the line manager.
  • Understand and meet Key Product Indicators (KPIs).
  • Offer personalized product recommendations and address client objections confidently.
  • Demonstrate products and explain their benefits to customers.
  • Engage with customers to build personal relationships and foster loyalty.
  • Educate clients about Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and the brand.
  • Manage merchandise in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks.
  • Adhere to company and store policies and procedures.
  • Represent the brand professionally at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.

Skills

Strong selling skills and ability to engage with customers. Excellent communication skills to convey brand knowledge. Ability to identify key products that suit customers' needs. Immaculate grooming and presentation.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar environment is required.
