Join Fendi in Montreal as an Omni-Channel Stockist. This full-time role involves managing inventory and supporting sales across retail and digital channels. Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Review and prioritize pending orders to fulfill within 24 hours.
  • Rebalance request transfers and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Prepare merchandise for shipping, ensuring accurate packaging and wrapping.
  • Collaborate with store and leadership teams to build cross-functional partnerships.
  • Support the selling team with consignment preparations for clients.
  • Drive retail network sales by processing charge sends for Client Advisors.
  • Perform daily Omni-Channel tasks including Curbside Pick-up, Ship-from-Store, and Buy Online Pick-up In-Store processes.
  • Enhance order fulfillment accuracy and speed, reducing incorrect order cases.
  • Improve resolution time for open client cases on orders.
  • Advocate for clients at the warehouse to ensure detailed execution of activities.
  • Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes.
  • Assist in reviewing aged orders and returning products to the sales floor.
  • Support the usage of in-store digital clienteling platforms and act as a technical authority.
  • Partner with leadership to build clienteling lists for promotional events.
  • Deliver innovative experiences to enhance operations and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in the completion of incoming Ship-from-Store orders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, with a preference for luxury experience.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in stock control and selling, particularly in luxury retail, is preferred.

Skills

Strong interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions. Digital literacy is required. Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 25lbs. Foreign language skills are a plus. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, preferably within the luxury sector.

Education

Associate degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
