Fendi seeks an HR Business Partner in Florence, Italy, to manage HR processes and support organizational strategy within the LG Industrial HQ.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment activities and internal mobility, supporting line managers in candidate identification to meet departmental needs.
- Manage temporary workforce and associated budget.
- Implement and manage appraisal processes for assigned employees.
- Assist line managers in organizational analysis and alignments with business strategy, contributing to organizational development.
- Collaborate in managing employee relations with union representatives.
- Participate in the definition of the annual HR budget, headcount, and cost analysis.
- Communicate key HR processes, organizational changes, and plant initiatives to employees.
- Ensure compliance with HR administration and labor regulations in collaboration with the Corporate HR Administration department.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within a high-performance environment
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years in a similar HR role is required.
Education
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Florence, Tuscany, Italy.
