Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop creative vision for new jewelry collections, incorporating seasonal trends and innovative materials.
  • Ensure timely and quality collection development, collaborating with product development teams to meet cost and margin targets while maintaining brand aesthetics.
  • Provide technical graphic design support using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to refine material elements and produce digital renderings.
  • Engage with colleagues, suppliers, and external partners to coordinate activities related to collection development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in jewelry design.
  • Diploma or master's degree in Fashion Design, Jewelry Design, or a related field.

Skills

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel. Strong hand sketching abilities. In-depth knowledge of jewelry construction and materials. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proactive and responsible attitude. Fluency in Italian and English.

Experience

A minimum of 8 years of experience in jewelry design is required, with a strong background in fashion jewelry or jewelry design.

Education

Diploma or master's degree in Fashion Design, Jewelry Design, or a related field.
