Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with Marketing & Communication and HQ objectives, including KPI setting and budget control.
  • Collaborate effectively with agencies and media partners to ensure successful digital campaigns, including briefing, alignment with HQ, maintenance, and in-depth analysis.
  • Manage creative assets for digital advertising in coordination with the HQ digital team.
  • Coordinate and implement Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising campaigns, including billboards and transit ads, ensuring timely and effective execution through collaboration with HQ and external vendors.
  • Track and report on the performance of OOH campaigns.
  • Plan and execute print media campaigns, collaborating with the PR team to align with PR & Communication activations.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, print media partners, and LVMH Media for negotiations regarding positioning and conditions.
  • Support the creation of local innovative activations, such as local shootings and media collaborations, by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage external third parties related to local content creation, such as photographers and creative agencies, for event occasions.
  • Develop out-of-the-box ideas to enhance Fendi's brand desirability in Japan.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury-related brand.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese is mandatory.

Skills

Digital savvy with knowledge of digital and marketing trends. Proactive, flexible, and a team player. Goal-oriented mindset.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in a luxury-related brand.
