Join Fendi in Paris as a Department Manager for Women's Ready-to-Wear. Lead and develop the department, ensuring excellence in client relations and sales performance. Minimum 5 years of luxury retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the department's activities with a strategic and comprehensive understanding, establishing key relationships with stakeholders.
- Drive and achieve store performance based on relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Regularly analyze department activities, propose, and implement action plans to improve results.
- Monitor competitive practices and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Ensure authentic clienteling aligned with the brand's standards of excellence, meeting customer expectations.
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen and enrich existing client relationships.
- Develop a personal client portfolio and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Implement action plans to impact mystery shopper results.
- Utilize CRM tools to enhance customer loyalty.
- Ensure proper merchandising management and stock monitoring of best-selling items.
- Maintain visual merchandising according to guidelines provided by the VM team.
- Enhance individual and team performance through monthly discussions and daily coaching.
- Implement motivational strategies to successfully guide the team in achieving collective and individual goals.
- Ensure team training on products and collections.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in the luxury industry, with successful experience in the same department.
- Higher education degree or equivalent.
- Business vision, entrepreneurial spirit, pragmatism, field-oriented and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to organize, manage, and develop a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build privileged relationships with clients.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Administrative and financial skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of retail management systems.
- Deep knowledge and/or interest in the fashion and luxury industry.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a retail environment, preferably within the luxury sector, with proven success in a similar department.
Education
Higher education degree or equivalent.
