Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the department's business by cultivating a strategic understanding and engaging with stakeholders.
- Monitor and achieve department performance through relevant KPIs.
- Analyze business trends and implement action plans to enhance results.
- Set performance targets for the team and individuals in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Stay informed about competitors' activities and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
- Utilize clienteling tools to meet department and store business goals.
- Exhibit sales leadership by delivering exceptional customer service and implementing clienteling activities.
- Ensure customer service quality meets expectations and improve Mystery Shopper results.
- Implement CRM tools to develop a loyal customer base.
- Act as a brand ambassador to educate VIP and new clients.
- Ensure merchandise is properly managed, displayed, and maintained.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to company standards for shrink rates.
- Report stock issues to Stock Planning and Merchandising teams.
- Align visual merchandising with company standards and sales performance.
- Conduct monthly performance discussions and coach team members.
- Motivate the team to achieve individual and store objectives.
- Organize the team efficiently and delegate responsibilities.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable objectives.
- Conduct category training and execute in-store training routines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within fashion/luxury sales, particularly in the relevant category.
- Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to maintain high personal image standards.
