Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote a company culture oriented towards continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with all business functions to ensure the effective implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of production processes, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable goals.
  • Prepare periodic reports and present the results of improvement initiatives to company management.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the footwear or fashion production industry.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Good knowledge of shoes production processes is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Results-oriented with the ability to manage complex projects. Fluent in Italian and English.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the footwear or fashion production industry.

Education

Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
