Join Fendi in Mendrisio, Switzerland as an Accounts Payable Specialist. This full-time role involves managing the European retail network's accounts payable functions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Process check requests and expense reports regularly.
  • Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations.
  • Maintain vendor accounts in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform data entry associated with accounts payable.
  • Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
  • Address and respond to vendor inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong time management and organizational skills. Knowledge of basic accounting principles. High degree of attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Strong analytical abilities. Knowledge of SAP and Stealth systems. Fluent in English and Italian.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or general accounting is required.
