Join LVMH in Tokyo as a Finance Accounts Receivable Transformation Manager, leading finance projects and optimizing processes in a dynamic luxury fashion environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 4 in the Accounts Receivable department, optimizing order-to-cash processes.
  • Analyze and improve existing processes to eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Design and implement best practices and technological solutions for operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead finance and accounting projects, including system implementations and process re-engineering.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Manage project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of new financial systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate project updates effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or audit roles.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven experience in finance and accounting system implementations.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting.

Skills

Proficiency in financial software and project management tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Strong leadership capabilities.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in accounting or audit roles, with at least 3 years in project management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan.
