Join LVMH in Tokyo as a Finance Accounts Receivable Transformation Manager, leading finance projects and optimizing processes in a dynamic luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 4 in the Accounts Receivable department, optimizing order-to-cash processes.
- Analyze and improve existing processes to eliminate inefficiencies.
- Design and implement best practices and technological solutions for operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Lead finance and accounting projects, including system implementations and process re-engineering.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Manage project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of new financial systems.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
- Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate project updates effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or audit roles.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Proven experience in finance and accounting system implementations.
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting.

Minimum of 5 years in accounting or audit roles, with at least 3 years in project management.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.
