Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining the store's operational standards by supporting inventory management and stockroom organization.
  • Ensure the sales floor is replenished and visually appealing to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Support the asset protection team by adhering to loss prevention policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional events and seasonal changes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries and facilitating smooth transactions.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic computer operations. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving abilities.

Experience

Prior experience in retail operations or a similar customer service role is advantageous.
