Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Support sales associates in replenishing merchandise and ensuring optimal product presentation.
  • Facilitate the efficient processing of shipments and inventory management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with product selections.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment is beneficial but not required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
