Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients in the outlet store.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Coach products and brand philosophy.
- Support the store management in daily operations and inventory management.
- Assist in visual merchandising to uphold the brand's aesthetic standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or fashion sectors.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with a preference for luxury or fashion industry experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion or retail management is advantageous.

This position is based in Nanchang, Jiangxi, China.
