Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR strategy for the organization, aligning it with business objectives.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive talent management and succession planning initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR teams and business units on complex HR issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within the luxury fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of labor relations and employee relations best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance.

Skills

Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
