Coach in New York, NY is hiring a Store Supervisor to lead sales, coaching and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a boutique sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Coach, develop and conduct regular performance feedback and product training to elevate client service standards.
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS reconciliation.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage inventory controls, stock replenishment, and loss-prevention practices to protect company assets.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage and labor efficiency while ensuring compliance with labor rules.
  • Cultivate lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling, CRM usage and personalized service.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations and brand compliance in-store.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or business training preferred.
  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, ideally within a luxury or premium brand environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and coach a multi-person team to meet KPIs.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to cash handling, inventory management and loss prevention.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holidays as required by retail schedules.
  • Right to work in the United States.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead capacity; experience in luxury or premium retail strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or post‑secondary studies in retail, fashion or business are advantageous.
