Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Coach products and brand heritage.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Lanzhou, Gansu, China.
