Role & Responsibilities

  • Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models, ensuring a positive first impression and lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities.
  • Develop and execute personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with management.
  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations.
  • Adapt to local market changes and support execution of local sales strategies.
  • Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Cross-sell and encourage product add-ons to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom, adhering to Coach standards.
  • Support store inventory processes and efficiently handle customer transactions.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.

Skills

Strong customer focus and ability to build trust and respect with customers. Creativity in generating new ideas and solutions. Interpersonal savvy to build effective relationships and manage high-tension situations. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges. Perseverance and drive to achieve goals and overcome obstacles.

Experience

1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
