Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and oversee store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Provide actionable feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance and develop skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service excellence.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail setting.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
