Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry, preferably in luxury fashion.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion or business is advantageous.
Workplace
This position is based in Aventura, Florida, USA.
Compensation
Base pay range from $17.00 to $24.00 per hour.
