Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs through daily coaching, floor presence and performance management.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, delivering continuous product and service training to elevate client experience.
- Oversee visual merchandising and store standards to ensure alignment with global brand directives and local market needs.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and receiving processes to minimise shrinkage and ensure product availability.
- Assist in staff scheduling, payroll accuracy and operational tasks to maintain efficient store operations.
- Resolve client escalations with discretion, ensuring high standards of after-sales service and client retention.
- Contribute to local marketing initiatives, clienteling activities and CRM-driven outreach to grow the client base.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong leadership and coaching capability with experience developing frontline retail talent.
- Commercial mindset with experience in visual merchandising, inventory management and loss prevention.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of building long-term client relationships.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to support peak retail hours and events.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2–4 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity in a luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
