Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs through daily coaching, floor presence and performance management.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, delivering continuous product and service training to elevate client experience.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and store standards to ensure alignment with global brand directives and local market needs.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and receiving processes to minimise shrinkage and ensure product availability.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, payroll accuracy and operational tasks to maintain efficient store operations.
  • Resolve client escalations with discretion, ensuring high standards of after-sales service and client retention.
  • Contribute to local marketing initiatives, clienteling activities and CRM-driven outreach to grow the client base.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capability with experience developing frontline retail talent.
  • Commercial mindset with experience in visual merchandising, inventory management and loss prevention.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of building long-term client relationships.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to support peak retail hours and events.

Experience

Typically 2–4 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity in a luxury or premium retail environment.
