Christian Dior Couture in Paris is seeking a Visual Merchandiser for the Women's Division. This full-time position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury visual merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Set up showroom, press days, and events.
  • Develop and deploy visual merchandising strategies.
  • Monitor the implementation of displays and provide regular feedback to regional visual merchandisers.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on window displays, pop-up zoning reviews, and product presentation animations.
  • Participate in the creation of visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Support regional visual merchandising teams in display rotations and store openings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.

Skills

Strong fashion sensitivity and interest in the creative fields such as art, design, architecture, and photography. Proactive nature with attention to detail, organizational skills, and priority management. Versatility and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to manage stress, flexibility, and willingness to take risks. Fluency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Excel.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a similar visual merchandising role, ideally within the luxury fashion industry.
