Parfums Christian Dior — Trade Marketing Intern in Capelle aan den IJssel, Netherlands. Internship supporting in‑store activations and retail marketing across Benelux.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support creation, production and delivery of in‑store visibility materials and retail activations with key accounts across the Benelux market.
- Prepare, collate and distribute sales support materials (salescards) to ensure stores are prepared for launches and trade events.
- Coordinate store‑level incentive programs to motivate retail teams and drive sell‑through.
- Communicate trade activity plans and incentive mechanics clearly to field teams and retail partners.
- Assist in monthly reporting, sales performance monitoring and competitive analysis to inform trade strategy.
- Maintain day‑to‑day correspondence with internal stakeholders, suppliers, graphic designers and retailer headquarters to ensure timely execution.
- Support the coordination and implementation of the retailtainment plan and in‑store activations on site.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field and eligible to undertake a full‑time internship for the stated period.
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and strong Excel skills.
- Demonstrable reporting and analytical capability with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with collaborative mindset and respect for brand image.

Experience
Entry‑level; designed as an internship for candidates with limited professional experience. Prior retail, merchandising or marketing internship exposure is advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related discipline; must remain enrolled for the full duration of the internship.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Capelle aan den IJssel, North Holland, Netherlands, with easy access to Rotterdam.
